Digital surveillance details death of Lonoke Co. wife

LONOKE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - An affidavit for the arrest warrant of a man facing a capital murder charge after the death of his wife in Lonoke County has been released, detailing the scene picked up by digital surveillance outside the home.

The affidavit shows that authorities had reasonable cause to arrest Charles (Charlie) Bryant in the death of his wife Elizabeth (Sharae) Bryant at their home on Watercrest Lane in Austin, Arkansas last Thursday.

According to Arkansas State Police, surveillance at the house revealed that the shooting took place of both Sharae and Charlie Bryant outside. It details that Charles Bryant, who said in an interview with authorities that he and his wife had been in a verbal argument that morning, shot his wife and then himself.
