Crews will be installing the truck weight sensors between the Lilly Road overpass and the Northcutt Road overpass, east of Lonoke. The work will require closing individual eastbound and westbound lanes between mile markers 177 and 179, weather permitting.

The following closures are expected from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day:

  • May 5 - Westbound
  • May 6 - Westbound

Traffic will be controlled using barrels and warning signs. Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ArkansasHighways.com. You can also follow us on Twitter @AHTD.
