Gerber recalls organic food pouches over spoillage concern

Gerber Products Company is voluntarily recalling two Organic pouch baby food products after identifying a packaging defect that may result in spoilage during transport and handling.

The recall affects Gerber Organic 2nd Foods Pouches, which are available in 3.5 ounce pouches with pears, carrots and peas, and carrots, apples and mangoes.

North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce announces the 17th Annual “A Night at the Rep”

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce announced the return of the 17th Annual “A Night at the Rep” on Thursday.

On Tuesday, December 1, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre located at 601 Main Street in Little Rock will be hosting a a silent auction and reception followed by the musical production of The Little Mermaid, all beginning at 5 p.m. with  

The performance will start at 7 p.m.

Guests will have the opportunity to bid on over 150 auction items including sports memorabilia, tickets to sporting and cultural events, vacation packages, artwork, jewelry, electronic devices and gift certificates.

Tickets are $45 per person and include admission, heavy hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages.

Cabot Lions Club to host Pancake Breakfast

CABOT, Ark. (KTHV) - On Saturday, October 10, the Cabot Lions Club invites you to join them at Cabotfest for some pancakes. 

The organization is hosting their annual Pancake Breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Cabot First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall

You can purchase a ticket from any Cabot Lions Club member or the day of at the entrance of the church. Adults are $5 each and kids ages 10 and under are $2 each. Carry-Out/To-Go Orders will be available.

Proceeds raised from the event will go directly towards the purchasing of eyeglasses for local school children and in-need adults, assisting local applicants with vital glaucoma and cataract surgeries, providing vision-screenings at local daycares, pre-schools, churches, health fairs and the Lonoke County Christian Clinic, as well as supporting the Cabot Lions Scholarship Fund. 

The Cabot Lions Club ask that you bring any unwanted eyeglasses to the breakfast so they can recycle them.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The 12th annual Empty Bowls event was held Thursday in Little Rock.

It's the Arkansas Foodbank's largest running and most consistently successful fundraiser. Our very own Tom Brannon emceed the event, where Arkansas artists create works of art for the auction.

Along with great art, there was also a food court of sorts featuring some of Little Rock's top-rated restaurants.

The Foodbank is celebrating 30 years of feeding the hungry this year.

What is the first thing you’re gonna do on Saturday, October 8.  How about EAT SOME PANCAKES?  …..then go to CABOTFEST!!

The Cabot Lions Club will again host their Annual PANCAKE BREAKFAST from 6:00am to 10:00am, at the Cabot First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. 

Tickets are available from any Cabot Lions Club member -or- tickets can be purchased at the door (Adults = $5.00 each / Kids 10 & Under = $2.00 each).  Carry-Out/To-Go Orders can be placed that morning -or- in advance, by calling 501-920-2122.  If “delivery service” is requested (businesses only), the Lions Club asks that you please remember to “tip” your delivery Lion.
